The buckles are metal, not plastic! We just powder coat them black now so they look different than before. If words like “Blackwater” and “Erzburg” get your blood pumping, then you will immediately see the importance of having a front Tugger®! The Style 2 Tugger® mounts to the front forks, providing a handy place to grab when you get in those situations where someone else is pulling on your bike. You hard-core enduro riders will love it! And let’s fact it: we all get into nasty situations occasionally – that’s part of the fun! The tire is slippery and muddy and will cause a loop-out if you’re on a hill because you’re lifting as well as pulling. The fender is too slippery and muddy, and most handlebars don’t have a crossbar to grab. The Style 2 Tugger™ comes in handy in the nastiest of situations or even just loading your machine into the truck. The front Tugger® is made from the finest materials available. Constructed using two layers of webbing, an internal stiffener, and stainless steel buckles, this is the King of front pull straps. It bolts to your triple clamp using the aluminum bushings provided – easy and secure. For dirt bikes, it mounts to the lower triple clamp. For snow bikes, it mounts to the top triple clamp and extends vertically above the handlebar to provide a convenient location to grab your snow bike even when buried in the white stuff. Custom embroidery is not available. Easy to install, lightweight, tough, and convenient. Backed by our no-nonsense lifetime warranty.

Instructions:

1. Remove a triple clamp bolt and decide if the stock bolt can be used. If not, use a bolt included with your Tugger or a similar bolt from your local hardware store.

2. Use the provided aluminum spacers between our bushing and the triple clamp if needed for counterbored triple clamps.

3. Slide the Tugger metal end piece over the aluminum bushing, insert the bolt and torque to specification. Blue Loctite recommended.
