How to change a tire. The easy way

Posted by Gnarly Dave on 1/10/2014 to How To

On a previous post I showed you how to install a dirt bike tire, but a few of you asked why I didn't show you how to remove them. Well, I decided to see if Gnarly Parts had any tires that needed to be removed. They had a set of wheels from a Yamaha WR250R that needed new tires. Since I’m such a nice guy I decided to do it for them :)

This bike doesn't have rim locks because it’s a dual sport, but removing a tire with a rim lock is the same. If you like to see how to install  a wheel with a rim lock check my “Installing Dirt Bike Tires On New Wheels” post.
